My name is Jo Ann Marrese, Owner/Broker of Unique Homes Realty, Inc. I have been a LOCAL, LICENSED ARIZONA Realtor/Broker since 1997. I began my career working as a marketing specialist for a National Real Estate Brokerage in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, where the "norm" was, and still is, 6% commission to sell a home.
I was introduced to the FLAT FEE MLS concept in 2004 and thought to myself, "There IS a better way to list and sell real estate," and Unique Homes Realty was born.
